Vector was founded on a simple observation: most consulting engagements produce a strategy document, and most strategy documents produce very little change. We work differently — smaller teams, longer engagement horizons, and a rule that we stay through the part of the work that’s actually hard, which is usually the eighteen months after the recommendation, not the eight weeks before it.
We’re organised around six practices and staffed by people who’ve done the job we’re advising on, not just studied it.
